The objective of the platform is to provide a synergistic collaboration platform for multidisciplinary scientist from universities of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to efficiently and effectively translate aptamer-based research into application. The mission of the platform is to integrate the academic and research sources on aptamers of the Greater Bay Area to facilitate the development of aptamer-based drugs in both therapeutics and diagnostics, to train more talents in aptamer fields in the Greater Bay Area, and to establish the irreplaceable leadership of the Greater Bay Area in aptamer-based R&D for precision medicine and drug discovery.
